Kurzum: Ich f\u00fchle mich wie vom Traktor \u00fcberfahren, wohlwissend dass ich ich heute ein paar Kilometer zur\u00fccklegen sollte, mein Essen reicht maximal f\u00fcr f\u00fcnfeinhalb Tage\u2026 Ich packe meine Siebensachen zusammen und laufe los, jeder Schritt eine Qual in Knien und H\u00fcfte, die Schultern brennen schon nach einem halben Kilometer. Eine wahrhaft ungewohnte Situation f\u00fcr mich! Es geht hoch ins angrenzende Tal, immer wieder gilt es B\u00e4che und Fl\u00fcsse zu queren, kurz vor dem Miller Lake zieht ein beissender Wind auf und es beginnt zu schneien, na dann mal Prost! Die Umgebung ist wundersch\u00f6n, ich bin aber mehrheitlich mit mir selbst besch\u00e4ftigt, andauernd muss ich Softshell und Windjacke an- und ausziehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery breit kein Matterhorn-\u00e4hnliches Gebirge in Sicht. Im Meadow muss ich bereits Pause machen, es hat sich noch ein leidiges Kopfweh hinzu gesellt. Kurz darauf biegt der Trail rechts in den Wilson Creek ein, der zum Benson-Pass f\u00fchrt. Der Wind macht mir echt zu schaffen, ich friere, oder dann ist es Fieber. Auf der Passh\u00f6he angekommen sind schon ein paar Hiker:innen beim Lunch, ich jedoch ohne Wasser steige noch zur n\u00e4chsten Quelle ab, dort gibt\u2018s dann Zmittag uns ein Mittagsschl\u00e4fchen an der sich langsam bemerkbar machenden Sonne\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex gest\u00e4rkt folge ich dem Trail noch knapp 10km bevor ich mein Zelt rekordverd\u00e4chtig fr\u00fch zur Zvieri-Zeit aufstelle. Diese Grippe &#8211; sofern\u2018s denn eine ist &#8211; soll morgen verflogen sein, darum nehme ich mir nun Zeit zum Entspannen und auskurieren.
