Das was aber in der Nacht folgte, war schon fast gemeingef\u00e4hrlich. Mein Zelt hielt auch nur m\u00e4ssig gepitcht die Nacht problemlos durch, was andere Hiker nicht ganz berichten konnten; Rainbow wurde mitsamt Zelt regelrecht \u201eumgeluftet\u201c, einer Hikerin zerriss es ihr Aussenzelt, so stark waren die B\u00f6en. Entsprechend war ich sobald es hell wurde auf den Beinen. Die n\u00e4chsten 15km bis zum Watercache waren \u201emore of the same\u201c wie am Vortag, einzig ein paar Aussichten wirklich bemerkenswert. Am Cache angelangt legte ich eine kurze Pause ein, die sich dann um einiges verl\u00e4ngerte, da wir Bill dem Trail Angel tatkr\u00e4ftig halfen, die rund 2\u2018000 Liter Trinkwasser auszuladen und den M\u00fcll wieder einzuladen. Ohne solch grossz\u00fcgige Locals w\u00e4re das PCT-Vorhaben nur schwierig denkbar! \ud83d\udc4d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped unter die F\u00fcsse zu nehmen. Ein super Entschluss, denn der Gang durch die steppige Ebene ist wundersch\u00f6n. Zum Schluss treffe ich noch auf mir bisher unbekannte Hiker, die sich bei einem kleinen Bach niedergelassen haben, ich mache es ihnen gleich.
